This week Kristi Burgess, Director of Business Development, and Brooke Robinson, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, traveled to Austin, Texas for the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society (TASCS) Conference.
Kristi and Brooke were able to network with Ambulatory Surgery Center leaders from all over Texas and the surrounding states. We believe they represented J.L. Morgan well and cannot wait to see the connections they made.
Kristi was a panelist speaker during the QA / QUAPI Panel Discussion and Best Practices session. She expressed the importance to the attendees of how ASCs should be proactive when it comes to finding an OAS CAHPS vendor that best suits them. All CAHPS vendors are different, but J.L.
