We are excited to announce that our very own Director of Business Development has been chosen to speak at this year's TASCS Conference in Texas.
Kristi Burgess has more than 27 years of experience in nursing, nursing education, administration, and patient satisfaction experience. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus in community health and administration from Jacksonville State University in 2001. Kristi completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in 2011 from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL with a concentration on quality of patient care.
Kristi is extremely knowledgeable about how important the patient experience is while in a healthcare agency's hands. She believes that working for a CMS CAHPS-approved vendor and post-utilization nursing assessment program provides an avenue for Kristi to integrate her expertise in quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and teaching opportunities for hospitals and ASC’s.
