What To Expect After Discharge:

Within 24-72 hours of being discharged, you will receive a telephone call (from an Alabama 205 Area Code) to check on your health status and well being.

In a few weeks following discharge, you may receive an email with a link (check your spam/junk folders) and/or telephone call inviting you to participate in a mandated Hospital Experience Survey.
Both opportunities allow you to share your feedback to assist us in improving the patient experience for anyone that comes through our doors.
